Celine Boutique Opening in London

According to a recent article*, Céline is set to open a new store on London's Mount Street. Their  previous store, on London's New Bond Street was closed in July 2009, shortly after British designer Phoebe Philo joined the brand as creative director, amid rumours the designer wanted to establish her position at the French brand's helm before opening a string of stores. Temporarily used as a space for Louis Vuitton whilst the conglomerate created the magnificent Bond Street Louis Vuitton 'Maison', England has been without a Céline shop ever since.
Now moving into the current site of Jordan International bank, at number 103 Mount Street, Céline will count stores for the crème of international fashion among its retail neighbours, with Balenciaga, Lanvin, Marc Jacobs, Bottega Veneta and Roland Mouret occupying spaces on the same street, and Oscar de la Renta due to move in shortly.
If rumours are to be believed, Yves Saint Laurent, Alaïa, Erdem, Chloé and Givenchy will be close behind, creating what is sure to be a Mecca for the rich and fashion-conscious.
